I am an affiliated member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps (NACS). As a NACS qualified Chimney Sweep, I have received a high level of training and gone through on-site assessment. I have been checked to ensure that I have adequate public liability insurance and all the necessary tools and equipment to ensure the public is well protected by the services of a professional sweep. As a member I work to the NACS Code of Practice and Code of Conduct for the cleaning of chimneys.
Your chimney will be swept using either a power rotary system, or traditional manual brush technique, as well as using a high powered industrial vacuum. The following tasks will be carried out during every sweep:
Chimney sweep - prices start from £57.50 for a standard sweep, depending on location. Discounts are available if there is more than one chimney to be swept, within the property, on the same visit.
Birds nest removal – prices start from £80.00, depending on location and covers the first 1 1/2 hours of work. Then £30 per subsequent hour.
Fire brick replacement. Prices start from £10, but depend on size.
Fire rope replacement. From £25 for a door. From £10 for glass. (Price depends on size of door and glass)
Cowls supplied and fitted. Prices depend on cowl type and location.
